Installing a biomass boiler to heat our house and a separate living annex was a huge decision, in terms of financial investment, choice of boiler and the actual installation process. We had looked at several boilers and discussed installation with other companies.

Mark arranged for us to visit Euroheat near Worcester to look at and discuss their full range which was extremely helpful. After significant research we chose Plasterline and an HDG boiler and we are extremely happy with the results.

Once we had made our decision Mark’s team did a fantastic co-ordination and installation job. All the tradespeople who worked with us were effective, efficient and considerate. We felt they were interested in our installation and understood it was a significant undertaking for us - involving boiler installation in a barn, connection to a new annex and replacement of oil central heating in the main house.

We felt the work was timely and carried out to an extremely high standard. Communication throughout the process was good and the team worked extremely hard to hit unexpectedly tight deadlines for RHI registration. Mark has shown that he and the team provide good back up which we think is an absolutely critical factor for us (and will continue to be so for servicing, advice, troubleshooting etc in the future).

We also received helpful support from Plasterline about RHI registration which was definitely a bonus. We would be happy to recommend Mark’s company and share our experience with potential customers starting the biomass journey if it would be helpful. We have been so happy with their service they are now installing a multifuel stove for us!”
